MyCove Management is a real estate investment advisor that was born out of the global pandemic. MyCove Management is solely focused on taking advantage of post-pandmic opportunities that developed due to the mass migrations that took place from high density/high cost regions of the United States to lower cost regions with better quality of life options.
Primarily, MyCove Management focuses on the opportunities that have developed across the southern region of Florida due to the corporate relocations and the infrastructure development that has spurred massive growth in real estate throughout the region.
These two macro-economic factors lead to the creation of MyCove Management and a keen interest in real estate (both commercial and residential) and business development in south Florida.

Our management is the culmination of over 75 years of combined real estate investment experience. Each member of the management and advisory team has been investing in real estate since before and after the financial crisis of 2008. With backgrounds from the investment institutions of wall street in New York to more tactical successes in property management
and construction, MyCove Management brings a wealth of personal hands-on experience to real estate investing and development.
With more than 80% of the team originally from south Florida or has lived in south Florida for more than 20 years, the team is well versed with the regional and economic development roadmap that south Florida presents.
Now, as successful entrepreneurs and investors in various aspects of real estate, MyCove Management's team join forces to leverage the combined experience of each success and expand across the south Florida region.
Our investment strategy is a simple but time-tested approach to asset allocation. We focus on counties and regions that have shown strong consistent growth of populations and investment. We follow regional and local ordinances to see which municipalities are interested in growth and which are not. We closely follow larger investment players to form a thesis around the regional focus.
Once we have identified locations that have proven to have strong demand for real estate for years to come, we then look at strategic opportunities in land acquisition and market-driven opportunities to be active investors in those regions that the research and market have proven to be sound investment areas.
